Does WWE care about Survivor Series?

Is Survivor Series still a "Big Four" PPV? Survivor Series has become an ordinary PPV. Remember back in the day when Survivor Series was thought about to the level like SummerSlam? Remember when stars like The Undertaker and Rocky Maivia debuted. Now the PPV is just 3 hours of RAW including an appearance from Gobbeldy Gooker? Where is the excitement? To let you know I know who is on Team Authority theres still some members that are not named but this team is actually ok. Team Cena is just awful you'll find out tonight but its just a train wreck of a team. The Tag Team division needs a shake up. Goldust and Stardust need another feud that can keep the audience interested. The Divas haven't been doing to bad but I won't waste your time talking about them. WWE just looks at Survivor Series as a easy show to book and a paycheck. Well I don't know about a paycheck this month because Survivor Series is FREE FREE FREE!!!!!! Knowing WWE and there constant hyping of the Network. They will use Daniel Bryan's YES chant but do FREE FREE FREE instead. Also if you don't think Survivor Series is lazy booking then please explain to me why WWE is considering doing The Bunny VS Adam Rose at  a PPV? WWE won't have many championship matches. No WWE Championship match, No Intercontinental Championship match I'm guessing. Rusev who is the United States champion might join Team Authority. Remember Stephanie will scratch Lana's back if she scratches hers. That must excite me and most of the IWC. So  we won't see that many title matches at Survivor Series which just lowers the prestige of the PPV. WWE just doesn't care about Survivor Series. Also not to say your WWE Champion won't be back until January. To respond to the disappearance of Paul Heyman. It's starting to get very odd. WWE did give a reasoning though that Brock Lesnar is a full time job for Heyman. So Heyman hasn't been around that much but I haven't heard anything official about Paul Heyman leaving the WWE.
