Dolph Ziggler vs Baron Corbin
Good back and forth action. Ziggler was extremely aggressive.The Lone Wolf hit a low blow, and End of Days. That's all she wrote. I would have preferred Corbin to be more dominant throughout this contest.

The Usos vs Gallows and Anderson 
Very solid non-stop match between two amazing teams. Usos were booed out of the building!!! Gallows is good but Anderson is extremely good. Extremely important win for Gallows and Anderson.

​Kalisto  vs Rusev. 
What a tremendous performance by Rusev. Kalisto is a very entertaining performer but Rusev is definitely a mega, main event heel on the rise. Dominating win and the new champ Rusev.

New Day VS Vaudevillains
Another quick but entertaining contest. The Vaudevillains looked great and it was cool to see Xavier wrestle for once. Trouble in Paradise from Kofi and the champs keep their titles

The Miz vs Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn vs Cesaro

Extraordinary match with four out of this world athletes. Hot start by Sami! If you missed this gem you missed the "Match of the Year." Near falls after near falls. Everyone looked awesome. The Miz stole this match. Breathtaking performance from everyone. 
Grade A+

Asylum Match
Dean Ambrose vs Chris Jericho
Entertaining match but a little slow for my taste. Dean is a very cool character but with the PG restrictions it will be hard for him to reach his full potential.Thumbtacks are back in style.Dirty deeds on them.Dean Wins.
Grade B


Charlotte vs Natalya
Entertaining match.Predictible ending. Charlotte retains.
Grade C


Roman Reigns vs AJ Styles
As you would expect between two of the best wrestlers in the world. It was a tremendously entertaining and competitive fight. Roman was extremely aggressive and AJ is  what I call a small big guy. He wrestles a hard hitting style.Great chemistry between the two and the crowd chanting you can't wrestle at Roman make me wonder what they would have chanted to Hogan back in the day. Awesome near falls.Uso's and Gallows and Anderson interfered. Spear! One.. two... three Roman wins. Then oh hell yeah! Seth freakin Rollins comes back pedigree Roman. #redesign #rebuild #reclaim

There's no doubt that this time around the WWE is serious about changing the product they've been presenting for years. The night after WrestleMania was the start of what can be considered the era where wrestling changes it's dynamic and look.

No more lumbering Big Show or Kane or Mark Henry! More emphasis on athleticism and talent. Let's make no mistake about it, it is not perfect yet and it never will be. What I would consider perfect would not necessarily be what you would consider perfect. So let's settle for considering ourselves lucky that they are finally giving a chance to formidable performers like Sami Zayn, Cesaro, Kevin Owens, AJ Styles, Kofi Kingston, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns to shine in the spotlight.

The return of John Cena will definitely be beneficial to whoever ends up feuding with him. Seth Rollins will try to reclaim what is his world title ,and an upcoming feud with Reigns or Cena will be fantastic. Orton will also help elevate guys like Apollo Crews and Neville. Bray Wyatt should be able to take on the beast Brock Lesnar in what could potentially be the feud of the year. Imagine turning him and Heyman loose. Big Cass and Enzo are a breath of fresh air and the tag team division never looked so strong with the addition of Gallows and Anderson, The Vaudevillains, Primo and Epico, Golden Truth and , the team of Breeze and Fandango.There may be more guys being let go, and I wouldn't be surprised to see Finn Balor and Samoa Joe being called up. Rusev is on the verge of being a main event heel… again.

The roster is absolutely loaded with great talent and the challenge will be to keep everyone relevant. Guys like Corbin, Sheamus, Dolph Ziggler, Alberto Del Rio are in danger of getting lost in the shuffle.The only way to avoid it is to maximize every opportunity presented to them . It is about time that working hard is what will get you over.

This is my first Wrestling article in a long time. It's nice to share my opinions today. 

Seeing people lose their jobs is a terrible thing. Especially in a hard business like the WWE. The WWE does create it's own problems, and hopefully NXT solves the talent issues. WWE as a business needs to release people. Every release has it's reason and some may not. 

Damien Sandow- The fan favorite! He could get himself over by doing anything. WWE disliked Sandow leading to his release. Sandow now has an opportunity to show the world his skills. 

El Torito- With Primo and Epico becoming real again there was no need for El Torito. 

Hornswoggle- Overdue. He had nothing left to offer. He wasn't a wrestler and was more of a campaign tool. 

Zeb Colter- This one was a shocker. Zeb Colter is entertaining but he was never used correctly. I'm thinking Zeb was taken off the road due to medical issues or maybe he's done traveling. 

Wade Barrett- Wade Barrett was a curious case. WWE wanted him to get over so badly. He did. Once he got over, WWE screwed with him. Barrett is taking a break from wrestling, and said he would return to the ring some day. Hopefully he goes to a different promotion because then fans start to appreciate him more. *Cough Cough* Drew Galloway *Cough Cough* Ethan Carter III *Cough Cough* Alberto El Patron (prior to his return). 

Cameron- Cameron really wasn't a wrestler. She never wanted to be with the WWE anyways just watch her on Total Divas… 

Alex Riley-  Injuries kept Riley down for a long time and with NXT becoming so congested (Will cover this later), Alex Riley didn't have the time to get over. 

Santino Marella- Wait he was still employed by WWE???? WWE's finance department must be a train wreck for all the salaries they pay… 

Those were the first set of releases from WWE's annual "Spring Cleaning", and it is rumored that more releases are scheduled to come. Well here's some rumored wrestlers who might be getting the axe. 

• Brie Bella- via retirement, she will be kept around for Total Divas and Total Bella's but I think they will release her main contract.
• David Otunga- Just a pre show host for RAW...
• Jack Swagger- Has had plenty of opportunities to shine. Swagger's time is done. Move on for everybody's sake. 
• Ryback- Contract issues, publicly shaming WWE, and WWE not having anything for him to do. 
• Rosa Mendes- WWE removed her from "Total Divas" and she might not fit in with the new "Women's Division" 
• Randy Orton- Yes this one would be a shocker but it has been floating around that he may not come back…

It will be interesting to see if more of these releases happen.

Let's get something out of the way before I continue writing. The WWE Universe doesn't like Reigns but they did at one point. They loved him when he was a mercenary in The Shield. Roman Reigns fans constantly defend him, and it gets on the nerves everybody… Please stop defending a guy who hasn't changed his ring attire, entrance, and theme song since The Shield. The reason why WWE fans neglect Roman Reigns is because he's stale! Roman is generic player one in WWE 2K. 

Roman Reigns isn't a babyface. Even when he turns heel it won't matter unless he CHANGES!

Reigns isn't a promo guy. If you couldn't already tell...

Now this is where I begin, AJ Styles needs a victory at Extreme Rules or he should just be removed from the match. There is no point in losing to Roman twice. If it's true WWE is waiting for Seth Rollins to return so he can reclaim the title. It's a big deal, if AJ loses his third PPV match in a row. Casual fans will think he is nothing more than just another Evan Bourne… Gallows and Anderson need to be treated like legitimate threats. No more of Roman Reigns shrugging off what Gallows and Anderson do. WWE had so hype around the "Bullet Club" coming into WWE. Now please don't squash it with the "Samoan Dynasty." 

This feud will be interesting to see how it plays out. Roman Reigns is what will plague the "New Era" because he's from the "Old Guard" and the old ways of doing things. 

NXT has a loaded roster! That is a good thing but when the main roster is full, WWE needs to slow down the signings in NXT.

Especially with the Global Cruiserweight Tournament, NXT's roster will once again become loaded with talent. My fear is that NXT will overload it's roster and then it loses good indy and homegrown talents along the way. The reason why I didn't list the Women's division in NXT is because all of them are currently getting a chance to shine. Tye Dillinger and Elias "The Drifter" Samson are two talents I hope NXT keeps pushing. NXT's loaded roster will create some fantastic TakeOver's in the near future.

Very slow start, not necessarily the kind of performance that will warrant a heavy push for Corbin. Dolph worked hard to make it competitive. Very cool reverse  powerbomb on the outside of the ring by Corbin. Ziggler rolled up Corbin for the upset. Well kinda...

Kalisto should be thankful Ryback caught him outside the ring! The Big Guy doing the CM Punk "It' s clobbering time" was very cool. Ryback is so underrated and Chicago is such a wonderful crowd. This match deserved to be on the main card. It was a very exciting match resulting in a Kalisto upset.

Awesome match! Then what we feared Enzo got a serious injury. Pray for Enzo.

Awesome contest! It is hard to get back into the groove. This could be the match of the year,and what a tremendous feud with two extraordinary talents. Back and forth until the pop up power bomb.
Grade A

Another fantastic match and The Miz is a wonderful heel. Cesaro dominated until Sami and KO interfered and Miz rolled up The Swiss Superman.
Grade B+

As you would expect between these two fierce competitors. This was a very good action filled bout and very evenly fought until the dirty deeds winner the lunatic fringe
