After missing last months PPV BreakDownZ, Triple Z decided to recruit some very special guests to help him breakdown the 2nd biggest PPV of the year…SummerSlam. Let me begin by introducing the special guests we will have today to help me predict and breakdown WWE's biggest party of the summer. Zach McGibby: Host of the "RAW is GIBBY" Podcast. Zach has previously been on ZWrestleTalk. Zack Heydorn: Host of "The Bottom Line" on PWP Radio. Also a featured Writer on ProWrestlingPowerhouse.com. Zack has previously been on ZWrestleTalk Oliver Norgrove: Oliver is a columnist and editor for ProWrestlingPowerhouse.com Maggie Huerta: Just only started following WWE about a year ago and feel like I've should've been watching my whole life. I ramble on about it all the time to people that don't care for wrestling, so I decided to post videos on YouTube discussing RAW, PPVs, and more to people who really care (Maggie's YouTube Channel: MaggieeHuertaa) Favorite Superstar: Dean Ambrose Favorite Diva: Paige Dolph Ziggler VS RusevTriple Z: This feud has proved that RUSEV can stand on his own without Lana, also that he can survive despite losing his ultimate winning streak which was broken by John Cena. Dolph Ziggler on the other hand has just signed a new deal (maybe it is to play Nikki Bella's flirting buddy on Total Divas?) this is Ziggler's last chance to get over with the office again! Being paired with Lana could be Ziggler's last hope. I can see many different scenarios play out. If I'm the creative writer in this situation I have Summer Rae distract Dolph Ziggler and RUSEV comes in and picks up the victory. Then it can set up a post match scuffle between Lana and Summer Rae. Will WWE follow my guideline? Most likely not but I'm going to predict it anyways!!! Winner: Rusev Maggie Huerta: Ok, they could of at least made this a mixed tag match with Summer Rae and Lana but noooo. They are just gonna have them brawl outside of the ring. We've seen that already. A few times. Lana did a freaking roundhouse kick! (It probably was a superkick but it looked more like a roundhouse to me.) I want more! But, we will have to settle with this and I'm gonna go with Rusev getting this win. Dolph needs this, but Rusev will take it. I want to be wrong though. Very Wrong. Winner: Rusev Zack Heydorn: To say I was bored of this feud until last week’s Raw would have been an incredibly major understatement. To me it made no sense whatsoever. The feud was basically Lana vs. Rusev right? Lana can’t have a match though so where were they going with it. Dolph’s part in this story was even worse because it seemed as if Ziggler and Lana had zero chemistry and that aside, he has been gone filming a movie for the majority of the build. All that said, Raw turned it all around for me with the segment the four of them put on. Ziggler’s pop was huge and now it all makes sense with Ziggler taking on Rusev. This feud still has legs and while I think the match will have a ton of drama to it, because of those legs, Rusev will win to extend the feud. I’m going with the Bulgarian Brute Sunday. Ziggler and Lana will get their due soon though. Winner: Rusev Oliver Norgrove: Winner: Dolph Ziggler. Zach McGibby: After this move Rusev into a different feud please? Winner: RUSEV Team PCB VS Team Bella VS Team BADTriple Z: See since WWE decided to start this "Divas Revolution", there has only been nine divas highlighted which to me is fine but it's missing something. If I'm ranking the best in this revolution to the worst this is how I would rank
Winners: TEAM PCB Maggie Huerta: In their first PPV match since the Divas Revolution started, a triple threat with one person fending from each team at Battleground, Charlotte grabbed the victory for her team. So, it seems only right that Team BAD would pick up this win. But I suppose it will not matter who wins because the divas will have this match for a whopping 20 minutes busting her their asses delivering an awesome match. That's my predication. Suck it. Winners: Team B.A.D. Zack Heydorn: It has really been special to see the evolution of the divas in the last month and half in WWE. With that and because of that, this match is going to get lots of time and these women are going to tear the house down. With a ton of competitors in the match, I fully expect a lot of cool spots that haven’t been tried before by women in the WWE. These ladies are going to look to separate themselves and shine. As far as the story goes, any team could really win this as I think after its over they are going to transition into a real division where these divas are striving to be the champion. The team thing has run its course. That said, Team BAD is going to win this match with Sasha pinning Nikki Bella again. Most likely, Sasha will lose her NXT championship at Takeover on Saturday and this win will keep her strong for a push toward the Divas Title. Team Bad reigns supreme in this one folks. Winners: TEAM B.A.D Oliver Norgrove: Winner: TEAM PCB Zach McGibby: If Team Bella wins this match, this NXT Divas takeover angle will lose a significant amount of steam. If not, kill it in the water. I think we will have Charlotte be the last one standing as it looks like WWE wants to build around her so we could see a final matchup of Charlotte vs Nikki Bella with Charlotte getting the submission victory to really solidify herself as the number one contender to the Divas title. Winners: TEAM PCB Kevin Owens VS CesaroTriple Z: This is the automatic show stealer! Not a doubt in my mind. My suggestion is that one of these guys steals the "Money in the Bank" briefcase from Sheamus. This will be a back in forth battle and if it goes as plan I say CESARO beats Owens clean. Yes I am a crazy mark for Cesaro, but it seems WWE might be giving him a legit push. Also Kevin Dunn hates Kevin Owens so I don't see KO winning anytime soon. Winner: Cesaro Maggie Huerta: This has been a great feud! These guys together are so good. Whether it's in the ring or cutting promos on each other, they are just electric. I'm thinking, considering that Kevin fails at regaining the NXT championship from Balor, he will need a comeback and this is where he will get it. Winner: Kevin Owens Zack Heydorn: This one will steal the show folks! From a business point of view, these two guys have something to prove. Big time. If this match gets enough time, it will be the match of the night without a doubt. Both guys can go in the ring and while I don’t feel the story for this match was built very well, come bell time on Sunday, it won’t really matter. Kevin Owens needs this win and will get it over Cesaro at Summerslam. Winner: Kevin Owens Oliver Norgrove: Kevin Owens was Oliver's pick! Winner: Kevin Owens Zach McGibby: This is a chance to launch Cesaro why not launch him? Winner: Cesaro Neville and Stephen Amell VS Stardust and King BarrettMaggie Huerta: As soon as I saw Stephen hop up over the barricade and up over in the ring attacking Stardust, I was ready to see him in a match. This is a fun feud and I'm enjoying the hell out of the promos with Stardust and Barrett(JBL & Cole show anyone?) Whether Stephen is gonna come out in his costume or not, I see Green Arrow and Red Arrow coming out with the victory. Winners: Neville and Stephen Amell Triple Z: Celebrities always win just look Donald Trump was the man at Wrestlemania 23 and now he is going to be America's next president! Same can happen for Stephen Amell if he beats Stardust! Celebrities always win! Winners: Neville and Stephen Amell Zack Heydorn: The yawner match of the evening, obviously. That said, I think the Arrow guy is going to do pretty well. Though not the most interesting thing in the world, you got to give the guy credit, he’s athletic willing to get in the ring to bump and can talk pretty good. There is only so many things he can do though which is why the sky is NOT the limit in this match. Sometimes celebrity appearances work, other times they don’t. This is working and Team Neville/Arrow are going to walk out with the victory. Winners: Neville and Stephen Amell Oliver Norgrove: My pick is Stephen Amell and Neville. Winners: Neville and Stephen Amell Zach McGibby: Somehow someway they are making Neville a star in the making with some the matches he is having and being able to get Stephen Amell to be his tag partner. This could be a great way to showcase Neville to new fans and get him even bigger recognition. Saying this though, I think we will see Amell get the pinfall victory over Stardust just as a way to get some big news stories out across the media. Amell pins Stardust. Winners: Neville and Stephen Amell WWE Tag Team Champions Prime Time Players VS The New Day VS Lucha Dragons VS Los MatodoresTriple Z: The most over duo in this match is "The New Day." Los Matodores are cheesy for the modern day audience. Lucha Dragons haven't gotten the attention. Prime Time Players are on their way but not everybody has jumped on that bandwagon. The New Day though is the most popular and hated team in the match. The New Day is excellent in these matches too! Just don't see a title change happening at SummerSlam, Prime Time Players should be successful in retaining the titles. Winners: Prime Time Players Maggie Huerta: I haven't been following the tag titles as closely I do the other feuds, but I do enjoy the hilarity of New Day, Titus and Darren on commentary, and Lucha Dragons being in the picture. Anybody that supports recent come ups from NXT will want the Lucha Dragons to win the titles which I do, but I see New Day stealing this one. Winners: The New Day Zack Heydorn: This match has New Day written all over it. These guys have been best tag team that the WWE has for the majority of 2015 and deserve the belts. I think the straps being on the PTP for a few months here has done its job and elevated that team to main event tag team levels, but it’s time for them to go back to The New Day. With the Uso’s coming back soon and sure to be babyfaces, a white hot heel team like New Day will be the perfect opponents for them to against when they return. That said, I think it’s very funny that Enzo and Cass are not wrestling for the NXT Tag Titles at Takeover. That doesn’t make much sense to me. In NY at the biggest NXT show ever. It would make sense to have them finally win at that event. I reckon there is a reason for it though. I’m predicting they show up on Raw Monday night. We’ll see! The New Day are taking home tag team gold on Sunday though Winners: The New Day Oliver Norgrove: Prime Time Players Winners:Prime Time Players Zach McGibby: Spots, spots, and more spots is what I fully expect from this matchup. WWE has made the tag team division sort of like TNA’s X-Division in that they tell the wrestlers to go out and just do some crazy stuff to try and get the crowd involved but ultimately so much happens in the match you just sort of forget. This is where WWE should put the titles back on the New Day. They were one of the hottest acts on the roster at one point and WWE killed it by putting the titles on PTP. Now I like PTP but that was the wrong decision to make as PTP was not really hitting their stride just yet at that point. New Day wins via pinfall over a Matadore. Winners: The New Day Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper VS Dean Ambrose and Roman ReignsTriple Z: "Luke Harper will be great on his own." That line was the most used line when the Wyatt Family originally broke up. That line was false. Sorry to break it to you but this "Bruiser Brody" type wrestler can't be on his own. Is it Luke Harper's fault? No not at all but his character needs guidance. That where we enter Bray Wyatt. Ever since Wyatt picked up this "Misfit Toy" we have seen direction for both characters. Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose are a good pairing but it is truly getting old. Roman will never look like a boss if he keeps on calling to Dean to make the save. Roman Reigns would be good in the Intercontinental Championship picture right now, and Dean would be good being a main eventer. So this match really is a showcase of WWE's screwup's. Wyatt shouldn't be in a tag match. It's as simple as that. The only result that would be logical would be Wyatt and Harper to win maybe an outside force joins them? Winners: Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper Maggie Huerta: Now this is where my fangirl heart will be put in danger. Yes, there are always rumors on a possible heel turn and there's no doubt that it will happen. But, now I don't think it's the right time. Dean and Roman will continue on being a tag team(share a freaking entrance, dammit!), go for the tag titles, and then start descending from there. Doing it now would feel rushed and make no sense. So, fangirl me will be squealing every time Dean and Roman have a moment and cheering when they defeat Bray and Luke. Winners: Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns Zack Heydorn: To turn heel or not to turn heel. That is the single most important question I have in this match because I have feeling it will happen in one way or another. Either Reigns turning on Ambrose or Ambrose turning on Reigns. Hopefully it’s the first, but my fear it will be the latter. The story of them being so buddy buddy was played up quite a bit and usually that is for a reason. This turn would give both competitors a good story to move into the fall with before the build to Wrestlemania 32. These four guys know how to work and are very talented. Because of that, this could be a show stealer as well. Especially if it includes the drama of a big heel turn. Because I’m predicting the turn, Wyatt and Harper are going to get the win. Winners: Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper Oliver Norgrove: Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper Zach McGibby: The Dean Ambrose heel turn angle is quite obvious. I looks like we will see a darker side of Dean Ambrose come Sunday but I don’t see him joining the Wyatt family at all. I think he will finally have enough with Reigns and we will see a Reigns vs. Ambrose feud in the next coming weeks. Look for Bray Wyatt to get the pinfall victory over Roman Reigns. Winner: Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper Intercontinental Champion Ryback VS The Miz VS Big ShowTriple Z: BORING! This is the most random feud of the year so far. Ryback will win, but is this showing he is a good champion? I want to see more one on one scenarios for Ryback and a feud with Roman Reigns. (Earlier I described that Reigns should be in the IC title picture.) Can we get a normal feud and can the IC title become the wrestlers belt again! So Ryback wins but this match will be a catalyst for bathroom breaks everywhere! Winner: Ryback Magie Huerta: This one, I care the least for. I don't know what it is. I guess Ryback being champion just, bored me more.(get it? Bored me more, feed me more? Yeah anyway..) But my dad seems to like him and Big Show for some odd reason. He kinda forces me to watch their segments on Smackdown when really, I just want to fast forward everything. Miz is funny so I will say I like him but I guess Ryback retains. Winner: Ryback Zack Heydorn: Feed Ryback more! I am not a huge Ryback fan and have been very critical of him in the past year or so. That said, he has been dominating this feud and the fans are eating it up. He doesn’t have much to work with either. Big Show? Meh. The Miz? Great on the mic but an atrocity in the ring. Ryback has held his own and with more time as the IC champ could really make the belt mean something again. He will retain the title at Summerslam and hopefully move on to a program with a more exciting opponent. Winner: Ryback Oliver Norgrove: Ryback Zach McGibby: Ryback’s first match since his staph infection, look for them to try and make Ryback a huge star. I think they will want to do the Cena spot back at WrestleMania 22 where he carried Big Show and Edge at the same time. At a show where there is a bunch of celebrity and star power, look for them to try and showcase what they believe to be there better superstars. Ryback retains the IC title over a pinfall victory over Big Show. Winner: Ryback Sheamus VS Randy OrtonTriple Z: Stop wasting my time with this. Sheamus can't draw a dime. Randy Orton is past his prime. Randy should be dwindling to the mid-card similar to how Cena was. I have no desire to watch this match either. So I'm going to predict Sheamus and be done with it. Winner: Sheamus Maggie Huerta: To be honest, I don't have much analysis to give on this other than taking a wild guess saying that Randy takes the win. Sorry. It's still weird to see Randy as a babyface though. Winner: Randy Orton Zack Heydorn: Again? This will be a solid match, but the story here is beyond old at this point. Yikes. Sheamus needs a W after losing to Orton at Battleground. Furthermore, he is the Money In The Bank holder and needs to be strong for whenever he cashes in to become a viable contender straight out of the gate. Expect hard hitting, expect some cool spots, and expect Sheamus to win. Winner: Sheamus Oliver Norgrove: Randy Orton Zach McGibby: Oh man, Oh man, Oh man, not again. I pick Sheamus. Winner: Sheamus Winner Takes All: John Cena VS Seth RollinsTriple Z: I'm going with the upset surprise pick. This is a must win for Seth Rollins. If Seth loses the "average" fan will consider his title reign a "weak" and "cheap" reign. If Seth can get past Brock Lesnar it will be no different with John Cena. If Seth wins he will retain the WWE Championship and gain the United States Championship to me this will make Seth look more impressive but will tarnish the whole "U.S Open Challenge." It's time for WWE to make Seth look strong. WWE, make Seth look strong please. Winner: Seth Rollins Maggie Huerta: Now for this one, everyone who has been watching for years can already see the outcome from miles away. But, what if they do what we least expect? Seth has been phenomenal as a heel and the cocky he gets, the more we hate him hence, getting both titles. But, they might think that we think that they will do what we least expect, and pull a double swerve on us having Captain Flagship of the WWE catch both titles. I'm just gonna play this one safe and say Cena wins, thus leading to Seth throwing a hilarious tantrum and being vengeful trying to win back the titles. Winner: John Cena Zack Heydorn: Seth Rollins, your time is now. I’ll tell you what, I could not be more excited for this match. Think of all the great matches that John Cena has had with seemingly lesser opponents. What he can and will do with Rollins will be even better. I fully expect this feud to have a lot of time and therefore will yield a MOTY candidate. If the WWE is truly working to build new stars, Rollins will win this match. If Rollins is going to turn babyface and work with HHH moving forward, Rollins will win this match. All scenarios that I see involve Rollins winning this match. So, you know what they say, if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, well, then it’s a duck. Same thing here. If it looks like Rollins should win and feels like Rollins should win, then I’m going with Rollins winning. In a match for the ages. Sidebar: this should go on last after Taker/Lesnar in case that match stinks the joint out. Winner: Seth Rollins Oliver Norgrove: Seth Rollins Zach McGibby: The title for title match that doesn’t in any way shape or form resemble Jay Briscoe vs. Jay Lethal at all (sarcasm). Lots of eyes will be on Cena to see if he can continue the hot streak of great matches he has been having. Will the shattered nose halt his momentum? We will see at Summerslam. The match itself, I see Rollins retaining in some sort of cheap way. This feud will continue on longer from Summerslam I think to help build up to Cena’s evental title win tying Ric Flair. Winner: Seth Rollins Brock Lesnar VS The UndertakerTriple Z: This is a pivotal point in WWE history. We all know something big will be happening. Brock Lesnar defeated Undertaker's streak at Wrestlemania 30. Now a year later at SummerSlam, the Undertaker decided to seek out revenge on Brock Lesnar. What happens when the Grim Reaper goes toe to toe with The Beast Incarnate? See this match will have a surprising outcome. Sting will return to seek a challenge against Undertaker. This match is just a "big match" ploy to set up another big match. Winner: Brock Lesnar Maggie Huerta: A BIG swerve is gonna happen. And I think somebody is in need of a bit of.. career resurgence. Just when it looks like Brock is going to have another upset victory, the burst of flames from each ringpost ignite, and out comes THE DEMON KANE coming in to aid his brother. Now I didn't think this all the way through, I just want that to happen whether after Taker disqualifies himself hitting a low blow, or Kane interfering on Taker's behalf. Either way, Taker loses in my scenario but uh, like I said, I just Demon Kane to come back. Winner: Brock Lesnar??? Zack Heydorn: Where oh where to start? Oh yeah. BROCK LESNAR CANNOT LOSE THIS MATCH. If he does, it throws away months and months of build and him being the most dominate force sports entertainment has ever seen (yada yada yada). The next guy to pin Lesnar is a made man. Taker already is one and therefore there is no reason for him to be the guy to do. I don’t think Vince will be this stupid. I also seriously doubt how good of a match this can be. Nothing against these guys but Taker is 50 years old. We need to be realistic. Can he really be taking 20 suplexes in a match? No way. Ok, now I feel like I’m too negative. I’m actually really excited for this match. The spectacle of it alone should be fantastic. I also think something or someone (Sting) will be involved in this finish. Brock Lesnar all the way here. I don’t get furious or mad about outcomes of wrestling matches. If this goes any other way than a Brock Lesnar win, I’ll throw a hissy fit. Winner: Brock Lesnar Oliver Norgrove: BAAAAARAAACK LEEEEESSSNAAAR Zach McGibby: The matchup that many people are looking to see. This match was entirely built off of the Undertaker’s return and the brawl that ensued the next night. Other than that, I don’t remember what they said, all I remember is that I am somewhat looking forward to this match. My great concern is that they are gonna wrestle a match just like the one at Wrestlemania 30 where it was very slow and monotonous. Undertaker is in better health and shape so that dwindles that possibility but it is not completely gone. I don’t find any reason to kill off the heat that Brock has after beating the streak so I am going with Brock winning again to solidify himself as the man that the Undertaker could never defeat which would bring even more heat to him so that the eventual guy who goes over Brock in the future will become the next star. It sounds familiar I know but I feel this is the best way to do this match. Brock Lesnar wins via pinball. Winner: Brock Lesnar Hope you enjoyed ZWrestleTalk's Biggest BreakDownZ ever! Can SummerSlam live up to NXT from last night? I have my doubts. I also wonder what happened to Goldust. Miss that. great preview here by the way and I agree on the difficulty of KO vs Cesaro. Love both.

So I understand I have been missed. I only return because this poor website needed 100 other writers now to make the content even close to being digestible. So now the original writers have been joined with other basement dwelling marks. Nice to see. My world has changed since the passing of my dear old dad. My priorities are to be the best I can be, which means I am still the best sports entertainer for the money in the business and I will guarantee you that you will see me in Dallas in 2016 at 32. Please check out Cody tonight, even though he is working with a pure amateur that reminds me of the awful WCW days, he will make everyone look good. I also think, despite the bellyaching here and elsewhere in the IWC, that tonites event will be memorable. So much happening, so much talent, and so many stories to be told. Stop thinking that NXT (which is excellent) is the better promotion. Tonite will prove that the level of talent at the main roster is light years ahead. So now I must quickly go prepare. Enjoy the mac and cheese, and maybe if you clean your rooms your mom will get you a McDonalds milkshake.
